1 / 13Does Google's first "pro" set of earbuds come out on top?
At 5.3, its noise isolation / ANC beats 44% of wireless earbuds we've measured.
Measured on 133 of the 271 we've cataloged.
above average for wireless earbuds — based on 243 of 271 we've cataloged.
below average for wireless earbuds — based on 245 of 271 we've cataloged.
IP54 appears on 15% of the 244 wireless earbuds we've cataloged (of 271).
Active is the most common — on 61% of the 172 wireless earbuds we've cataloged (of 271).
Promising on paper, the Google Pixel Buds Pro brings active noise canceling (ANC) and a redesigned earbud to the table. The case now sports an IPX2 water-resistant build to go with the buds' IPX4 rating. The vastly improved battery life and noise canceling combined with the Google Assistant integration are the driving reasons to give this one a whirl.

Measured frequency response (dB) against the SoundGuys house target — the dashed curve. The closer the measured line tracks the target, the more neutral the tuning; peaks ride above the target, dips fall below it.
