Started cracking after 6 months, were from the initial pre order batch. Sometimes charging does not happen due to connector pins not aligning in case. Sound is good, but ANC is not

I have been dailying buds 3 pro since late may 2025 and my main issues are the battery of the case for the last couple months has been a lot worse i would say it might have even went down to 22-23 hours and the case has a lot of scratches and some color deformation/grayish edges
