The verdict

For casual listening at home, it's difficult to beat the comfort of the Sennheiser HD 599 for long sessions. Its open-back design offers almost no isolation and limits where you can use it. For the price, the build quality is average with a lot of plastic, but the removable cables prolong the life of the headset.
