The verdict

If you're primarily a PC gamer and you enjoy bass emphasis while gaming, this is a reasonable option for you. The sound quality is pretty good, the microphone works well, and you can customize the sound in the JBL QuantumENGINE software. Anyone outside of that realm would be better off with a more versatile headset.
