Heavy but surprisingly comfortable and they do not feel tiring to wear for hours.The sound is much better than I expected (based on reviews) - it's more neutral and refined than XM4 I use daily. Biggest drawbacks: loud NC mode sound, poor app and multi device implementation

I wouldn't pay for Apple, Sony, or Bose over-ears when this value option exists.
