The Beyerdynamic MMX 100 brings a more straightforward approach than a lot of its competition. No big features, just a nicely made gaming headset. Is that enough?
Would buy it again and still uses it daily.

What gave out: Ear pads (1)
Wired-3.5mm is the most common — on 33% of the 203 gaming headsets we've cataloged (of 148).
The verdict
The Beyerdynamic MMX 100 is a simple, well-made gaming headset. It's a little on the boring side for the price, but reliability definitely counts for something here. Some listeners may not like the quiet bass output, but it shouldn't affect in-game sounds too much, and might even make it easier to hear other sounds like footsteps. If you need a nice straightforward option, take note.
✓Liked: Comfortable, Microphone quality, Replaceable parts, Sturdy
✕Could be better: Quiet bass output, A little sparse for $99 USD
