The verdict

The Bowers & Wilkins P9 Signature is a well-engineered set of headphones that performs well on smartphones and home setups alike. They are an excellent gateway drug into luxury audio products for those with the means. However, they are not suitable for commuters due to sound leakage and poor isolation, not ideal for critical listening or studio work, and designed as fun headphones for the wealthy masses rather than analytical tools. For $900, they are only worth the investment for those specifically seeking portable luxury audio or Italian leather aficionados.
