You need to put the Soundcore headphones in pairing mode to connect them to your device. The process is the same for most models, including the Anker Soundcore Life Q20, Soundcore Life Q35, Soundcore Space Q45, and Soundcore Vortex.

With the headphones turned off, long-press the power button for 5 seconds. The LED flashes blue to indicate that Bluetooth pairing is enabled. If you’re already connected to one device, you can put the headphones in pairing mode to connect with another device by pressing the power button twice.

Note that your Soundcore headphones can only play audio from one device at a time. Pause the active device to continue audio playback from another connected device.

How to pair Soundcore headphones to your Android phone

Here’s how to pair Soundcore headphones to an Android phone or tablet:

  1. Put the headphones in pairing mode.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Connected devices on your Android phone or tablet and turn on Bluetooth.
  3. Tap Pair new device and wait for your earbuds to appear.
  4. Select your headphones from the list of Available devices.

Here’s how to pair Soundcore headphones to an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Put the headphones in pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. The LED will flash blue.

  3. Select Bluetooth and turn it on. The toggle will appear green.
  4. The earbuds will appear in the Other Devices section of your iPhone after some seconds of searching.
  5. Select earbuds to start pairing.

  2. Press the Start button on your Windows laptop.

  5. Choose your headphones from the list of available devices and follow the instructions.

Follow these steps on how to pair Soundcore headphones to a MacBook:

  1. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to put the earbuds in pairing mode.
  2. Click the System Preferences (gear) icon on the Mac dock.
  3. Select Bluetooth and turn it on. The headphones will appear under the Devices section of your Mac.
