Tribit StormBox Micro 3 falls to $49.99, making this compact speaker easier on the wallet

Amazon has dropped the Tribit StormBox Micro 3 to $49.99, down from its $64.99 recommended retail price. That saves you $15, which is a 23% discount relative to the RRP, and it puts this little speaker within less than $3 of its all-time low price.
That makes this a strong time to buy if you want a compact speaker for trips, bike rides, or time outside. The StormBox Micro 3 is a new ultra-compact Bluetooth speaker that launched in April, and it packs in more than you might expect from something this small. Tribit says it delivers punchy sound with stronger bass than many tiny speakers, along with 13W output.
It also checks a lot of boxes for outdoor use. You get Bluetooth 6.0, up to 24 hours of battery life, and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The speaker is also built to handle rougher use, with drop resistance and a dual-mounting system that combines a strap with a magnetic base, giving you more ways to attach it or place it where you need it.
Shoppers also seem happy with it, with the speaker holding a 4.5 out of 5 rating on Amazon. At $49.99, the Tribit StormBox Micro 3 sits well below its usual $64.99 price and looks like a very good pickup right now for anyone after a small, rugged Bluetooth speaker with full sound for its size.
