TL;DR
  • TCL has announced four new soundbars at CES 2024.
  • These are divided into the budget-friendly S series and more upmarket Q series.

TCL is a fixture at trade shows, so it’s no surprise to see the Chinese brand has announced a slew of products at CES 2024, including new soundbars.

The company announced a quartet of soundbars, starting with the wallet-friendly S45H and S55H. These two products share features like Auto Room Calibration, improved dialog volume via a “TV as Center Channel Mode” option, and DTS: Virtual X support.

The S45H brings integrated 2.0 channel audio as well as a Bass Reflex Port. Opt for the S55H and you’re getting 2.1 channel audio and a wireless subwoofer.

Need a more premium soundbar? Then TCL has also announced the Q75H and Q85H soundbars in its Q series. The Q85H is the more impressive offering, bringing 7.1.4 channel audio, up-firing drivers, and wireless satellite speakers. That doesn’t mean the Q75H isn’t worth a look, though, building on the S55H but adding plenty more. Expect 5.1.2 channel audio, built-in tweeters, up-firing speakers, a center channel speaker, and side surround speakers.

Unfortunately, TCL hasn’t disclosed pricing for these soundbars just yet.
