You can grab Sony's best budget noise-canceling headphones for under $100 right now

If you want flagship-style wireless ANC headphones without the flagship price, this is the deal to jump on. The Sony WH-CH720N is down to $98 at Amazon right now, knocking about $52 off its regular asking price and putting it back at one of the lowest prices we’ve seen.

I often recommend the WH-CH720N as a budget alternative to Sony’s more popular WH-1000XM5 or XM6 headphones. You give up the premium build and a little polish, but you keep the things that actually matter day to day: good noise canceling, a lightweight fit, and sound quality that’s more than good enough for the average listener.

I’ve been using my own pair for a while now and still rely on them. At 192g, they’re among the lightest over-ears you can buy, and the comfort holds up for hours. The earcups are larger and roomier than the XM6’s, which I prefer, and I’ve had zero complaints about ANC performance while wearing them on long-haul flights.
If $98 is more than you can spend right now, Sony’s entry-level WH-CH520 is also at a record low of $38 on Amazon, down from $59.99. There’s no ANC, and it’s an on-ear rather than over-ear design, so the seal and isolation aren’t as good — but everything else is pretty much on par.

If you’ve been eyeing a set of do-it-all wireless headphones, I’d grab the WH-CH720N while it’s under $100, because, well, I did exactly that and have no regrets.
