Amazon slashes Sony WF-1000XM6 to $258 in the best deal we’ve seen this year
Oct 5, 2026 — 10:21 AM ET
Busy days are a lot easier when your earbuds can block out the world and keep calls clear. The Sony WF-1000XM6 are built for that kind of everyday use, and there’s a good deal on them at Amazon right now.
You can grab the Sony WF-1000XM6 for $258, down from the $329.99 recommended retail price. That’s a 22% discount off the RRP, which saves you $72. Since the current price is lower than the $265.99 low we’d seen earlier this year, this is the best deal we have seen on them in 2026.
Sony positions the WF-1000XM6 as its 2026 flagship true wireless earbuds, sitting above the previous XM5. One of the big upgrades is the new QN3e noise canceling processor, which Sony says is 3x faster than the chip in the XM5. It also works alongside Sony’s V2 processor and adaptive noise control features, giving these earbuds a strong focus on shutting out outside sound when you’re on the train, in the office, or just trying to focus.
The design is also slimmer and more ergonomic than the earlier model, with greater attention to comfort and fit. On top of that, sound quality is described as excellent, with strong detail, punchy bass, and premium tuning. Call quality is another highlight, with Sony calling it its best-ever performance on a true wireless model.
For anyone who wants high-end earbuds for commuting, work calls, or daily listening, this Amazon deal makes the Sony WF-1000XM6 a lot more tempting.
