Sony’s INZONE H9 II FNATIC Edition leak gives best look at the bold orange makeover
Oct 5, 2026 — 1:11 PM ET
- Sony recently teased an FNATIC Edition of its INZONE H9 II.
- A leaked render now provides a clearer look at the gaming headset.
- Sony also recently teased a purple color for its INZONE E9 earbuds.
Sony recently announced two new wireless gaming headsets: the PlayStation Pulse and Pulse Edge. However, it hasn’t forgotten about its existing gaming audio hardware. On that front, Sony is preparing to launch a FNATIC Edition of the INZONE H9 II. A leak now provides our clearest look yet at the upcoming headphones.
Leading up to the launch, both Sony and FNATIC have shared the following teasers. According to Sony’s teaser, the INZONE H9 II FNATIC Edition will officially launch on October 6 at 12 PM ET. This new edition will add an orange colorway to the mix, joining black and white.
FNATIC’s teaser goes a little further, displaying the headphones in a glass case. However, the headset is bathed in orange light in both teasers, so its hard to see how they’ll actually look. Thankfully, a leaked render from The Walkman Blog clears this up.
The INZONE H9 II FNATIC Edition will look just like the standard version, but in orange. However, that orange color extends to the microphone, while the other color options leave it black. There will also be a FNATIC symbol located on the side of the cans.
Along with the INZONE H9 II FNATIC Edition, Sony will also be launching a new color for the INZONE E9 on the same day. In the teaser the company shared on social media, we see that this new color will be purple. This will give the E9 a third colorway, in addition to black and white.
