Amazon drops the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 to its lowest price since Prime Day

The Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 is built for people who want real surround sound without jumping to a full AV receiver setup, and there’s a solid Amazon deal on it right now. This 5.1-channel package gives you more than a basic soundbar, with a slim front bar, a separate subwoofer, and two rear speakers for true room-filling audio.
Sony also packs in features that matter for movie nights and TV watching. The BRAVIA Theater System 6 is Dolby Atmos- and DTS: X-compatible and uses 10 speakers in total, including a dedicated center channel to make dialogue clearer. The included subwoofer provides stronger bass, while the rear speakers help place sound around you rather than relying solely on virtual effects from the front of the room. For connections, you get HDMI eARC/ARC, optical input, analog input, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB for updates. The rear speakers connect through a wireless amplifier box, and the system communicates wirelessly with the main unit.
As for the deal, Amazon has the Sony BRAVIA Theater System 6 down to $598, from its $799.99 recommended retail price. That’s a 25% discount relative to the RRP. While it isn’t the lowest price we’ve seen this year, it is the lowest price since Prime Day, which still makes this a good time to pick it up if you’ve been waiting for a drop. It’s also getting good feedback from buyers, with a 4.4-star rating on Amazon.
