Check out today's hottest audio tech deals from Samsung, Sony, and JBL
17 hours ago

Are you looking to save money on your next audio gear acquisition? We have a few deals worth your attention right now. These are all very popular and respected products, coming from Samsung, Sony, and JBL, three of the most respected brands in the industry. Let’s go over the details and see if any of them catch your eye.
Buy the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 for just $74.99 ($105 off)
The Samsung and JBL offers come from Woot, an Amazon-owned deals website. They are both in new condition. The Sony sale is available from Costco. Refer to each product’s section below to get all the details.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 3

We weren’t the biggest fans of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, but that’s because we reviewed them with their full $179.99 price point in mind. At just $74.99, these are definitely looking much more enticing, especially if you happen to use a Samsung smartphone. You still get a two-year Samsung warranty, and you can pick between Silver and White color versions.
First, let’s cover the downsides, so you know what you’ll miss out on first. For starters, these have no tips, so the ANC won’t be as good, given that the ear canal seal is much less secure. This may also be an important factor if you prefer a more secure fit, as nothing is really securing them to your ears, and they can be more likely to fall off. We also found that the loose fit affects ANC, which sometimes randomly deactivates and affects bass.
If you can get past these few cons and don’t plan to use them during active activities, these wireless earbuds are actually pretty good at today’s price. We gave them an MDAQS rating of 4.5/5.0, which is actually pretty good and even gets close to many high-end models. They also get fancy features like spatial audio, wireless charging, Bluetooth multipoint, press controls, and more. Additionally, Samsung users can enjoy exclusive AI features, such as live translation and interpretation.
You’ll get pretty decent battery life, too. We were about to get nearly five hours of battery before needing to recharge each earbud. And this is with ANC enabled; turn it off, and battery life extends to about six hours and 20 minutes.
Sony WH-1000XM5

We often recommend previous-generation headphones to those who want to maximize the value of their hard-earned dollars. The Sony WH-1000XM6 may be the new king of headphones, but the Sony WH-1000XM5 honestly don’t fall far behind, and you can often find great deals on them.
For example, Costco currently has these at their record-low price of $249.99. There’s a caveat here, though. This price is only for Costco members. That said, non-members can still buy the headphones online with a 5% surcharge. This would bring the price to $267.49, which is arguably still an awesome deal!
The Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones are still excellent in 2025. They offer outstanding audio quality and ANC performance that still competes with the best. They even look very similar to the successor; you’d have difficulty telling them apart unless you look closely. The XM5 headphones are also very comfortable for long listening sessions.
Remember, these also launched as premium headphones, so they come with a plethora of great features. These include Bluetooth multipoint, Find My Device support, automatic pausing, touch controls, and more. They even get a 3.5mm headset jack, which is becoming a rare feature these days. Additionally, you’ll get LDAC, AAC, and SBC codec support.
The battery life is exceptional, too. We were able to make them last about 32 hours with ANC enabled. Turn noise canceling off, and the battery life is extended to a whopping 53 hours!
JBL Charge 6

Maybe you don’t want headphones and prefer to rock out with a good speaker. Well, the JBL Charge 6 is new and exciting, and it’s also the top option in our list of the best Bluetooth speakers. Woot still sells it for just $139.95, which is its record-low price. However, this might be your last chance to catch this deal because the Woot page mentions the deal ends in one day. You’ll get a 90-day Woot warranty with it, and it’s available only in Blue. There’s also a limit of one unit per customer.
If you decide to get it, you’re in for a treat. The JBL Charge 6 is an excellent speaker, with a sound quality you would never expect from such a small speaker. Deep bass lovers will also be very pleased with it. Either way, if you don’t like the sound profile, there’s a seven-band equalizer in the app. You can customize the sound to your liking.
This little guy’s portability is hard to beat. It is small and light, so you can carry it for long walks. The strap can also be used as a handle or loop, so it adapts to your style. Adventurers will love its strong construction, and you won’t have to worry about water or dust, as it comes with an IP68 rating.
The battery life is quite impressive at 24 hours. It can even double as a power bank, because you can charge other mobile devices via USB. It also gets lossless audio and Auracast support, in case you want to host a party with multiple speakers. Remember that only new-generation JBL speakers come with Auracast, and it’s incompatible with the previous-gen PartyBoost standard.
Be quick! A couple of these are record-low prices, and we are expecting these deals to end pretty soon.
