The verdict

The ULT Tower 9 is a powerhouse party speaker that delivers room-shaking volume and chest-thumping bass your neighbors will feel, too. Its dual ULT modes offer flexibility across genres, although the bass-heavy ULT 2 can bury some of the finer details in more nuanced tracks. Fortunately, the built-in 10-band EQ gives you plenty of control to shape the sound to your liking. If you're after a speaker that brings the club experience home and don’t mind its larger footprint (and weight), the ULT Tower 9 brings some serious sonic firepower to any party.
