The verdict
With improved battery life, better companion app support, and some added protection, the new JBL Xtreme 4 is undoubtedly a quality outdoor party speaker. However, other options in today's Bluetooth speaker market can also help get your party started, without the premium price tag.
✓Liked: Loud, IP67, Companion app with EQ options, Extended battery life
✕Could be better: Expensive, Subpar left-right separation, Star bit screwdriver required for battery pack door
