The verdict

If you're on the fence between getting a smart speaker, the Bose SoundLink Revolve+ II is a decent halfway point. Though it doesn't have an internal smart assistant, you can easily hook it up to your phone's native smart assistant and take advantage of its microphone to make calls and carry out other commands. The speaker is also portable, durable, and offers great sound quality.
