The Logitech G522 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset just dropped to $79.99 on Amazon, and that’s a huge cut from its $159.99 recommended retail price. That saves you $80, and Amazon says the deal is 50% off RRP, making this an easy one to notice if you’ve been waiting for a better price.

This is also the best deal ever we’ve seen on the headset, which gives you even more reason to act before the price changes. At this price point, the G522 looks much more tempting for anyone who wants a wireless gaming headset with strong voice chat and flexible connection options.

The headset uses tri-mode connectivity, so you can connect via Logitech LIGHTSPEED wireless, Bluetooth, or USB-C wired. Audio comes from 48kHz/24-bit PRO-G drivers, with tuning aimed at immersive play and clear positional detail. One of the standout features is the boom mic, which is known for broadcast-style voice quality and Blue VO!CE support.

Comfort is another big part of the package. The G522 Lightspeed is listed at about 290 grams, which is light for a full-size headset, and it uses memory-foam ear pads plus a suspension-style headband. It also brings RGB styling to the mix and is sold in both black and white.

The headset also has a 4.4/5 rating on Amazon, which adds extra confidence to the deal. At $79.99, this is a record-low price on a headset that already stands out for comfort, mic quality, and connection choices.
