The Logitech G Astro A50 Multi-Platform Wireless Gaming Headset just dropped to a record-low price on Amazon. It’s down to $197.99 from its $299.99 RRP, which is a $102 saving and a 34% discount relative to the recommended retail price.

That’s a big cut for a premium wireless gaming headset, and it makes this a good time to grab one if you’ve been waiting for the price to fall. The A50 is built for players who move between Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, with a base station included for charging and setup.

This is the Gen 5 multi-platform A50, and one of its main features is PLAYSYNC Audio. That lets you switch quickly across up to three connected systems, which is handy if your gaming setup includes more than one platform. It also uses LIGHTSPEED wireless and PRO-G graphene drivers, with support for high-resolution 24-bit audio.

Logitech also puts a lot of focus on comfort and day-to-day use here. You get fabric-style ear cushions, a flip-to-mute boom mic, and magnetic dock charging. Battery life is listed at over 20 hours, so it’s made for long gaming sessions without needing frequent top-ups.

The pricier AStro A50 X adds HDMI 2.1 console and video switching, but the regular A50 keeps the focus on audio switching over USB while still covering the core multi-platform features many players want.
