Amazon drops the JBL Charge 6 to $149.95 for Prime Day
Oct 6, 2026 — 6:59 AM ET

Amazon’s Prime Day pricing has dropped the JBL Charge 6 to $149.95, down from its $199.95 recommended retail price. That’s a straight $50 saving, or 25% off RRP, which makes this a strong time to grab one if you’ve been waiting for a better price.
The JBL Charge 6 is built for travel, backyard hangouts, and days outside. It has a rugged design that is waterproof, dustproof, and drop-resistant, so it’s made to handle more than a speaker that stays on a shelf. JBL also upgraded this model with a tweeter-based two-way setup, which is meant to give clearer sound than older Charge speakers while still keeping the bass punchy.
There’s more here than just Bluetooth playback. The Charge 6 supports Auracast multi-speaker pairing, USB-C wired audio, and power-bank charging, so it can also top up your phone or another small device when needed. It uses Bluetooth 5.4 and works with app-based sound controls, including a multi-band EQ to adjust the sound to your liking.
Battery life is rated at up to about 28 hours in boosted mode, which is a big plus for long trips or all-day listening. On top of that, the speaker has a 4.6-star rating, which adds even more weight to this Prime Day offer.
This isn’t the lowest price we’ve seen this year, but 25% off a current JBL speaker with this feature set is still a deal worth a close look while the Prime Day discount is live. Check out the offer on Amazon here.
