Save $120 on JBL’s Boombox 4 with this Amazon deal

JBL’s big Boombox 4 speaker just dropped to $429.95 on Amazon, down from its $549.95 recommended retail price. That’s a solid $120 off, or 22% off RRP, and it’s a strong chance to grab one of JBL’s top portable speakers for a lot less.

The JBL Boombox 4 is built for people who want big sound outdoors. It’s a large premium portable Bluetooth speaker made for loud playback, with powerful bass and clearer sound than earlier versions. JBL also added AI Sound Boost and Auracast support, which helps round out the feature set for parties and group listening.

You can tweak sound settings and EQ in the JBL Portable app, which is handy if you like to adjust audio for different spaces or music styles. The speaker retains JBL’s well-known carry-handle design and is described as lighter than the Boombox 3. Even so, this is more of a transportable party speaker than a small speaker you’d toss in a bag every day.

JBL also markets it as waterproof and durable, so it makes sense for pool days, patio hangouts, and tailgates. Battery life is commonly listed around a full day of use depending on volume, which fits the kind of all-day listening this speaker is meant for.

It’s also getting strong feedback from buyers, with a 4.7 out of 5 Amazon rating. For anyone looking for high volume, deep low-end, and a speaker that’s made to be the center of the party, this Amazon deal is worth a look while the discount lasts.
