Poll: What do you consider "cheap" headphones?

When I was asked for recommendations on a cheap pair of headphones, I didn’t realize that my $75 recommendation would be met with “Oh, that’s too expensive for headphones.” On the other hand, one of my friends piped up with, “Under $100 is cheap for headphones, isn’t it?”. This led to a discussion on what cheap would be for a pair of headphones, assuming they’re wireless and have any level of noise cancelling, not expecting the best performance, only that it worked.

This begs the question. For most people, at what price should a “cheap”, bog-standard pair of headphones be priced, and at what price point is it excessively expensive? This is regardless of the features or performance it has.
