The Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones are amazing. Audio quality competes only with the best in the industry, and so does ANC performance. Even the microphone is outstanding. Not to mention, you get premium features like touch gestures, Bluetooth multipoint support, and even Find My Device compatibility. These come with a nice variety of connectivity options, including Bluetooth 5.2 with SBC, AAC, LDAC, and wired options.
Battery life is also impressive. Our standard battery tests yielded nearly 32 hours with ANC on. If you turn off noise can relation, that extends to a whopping 53 hours. Considering all these factors, very few competitors even get close to this fantastic overall experience.
