The verdict

The Orange Crush 20RT is a standout solid state practice amplifier for rock guitarists. The high-gain preamp is a particular highlight, delivering pleasing distortion in a compact form factor. With a built-in tuner and reverb effect, beginners can hone their craft from the start. Unfortunately, the tuner isn't the most accurate, and the amp overemphasizes treble frequencies when listening over headphones.
