House of Marley unveils three new products

New products, same eco-friendly philosophy.

Published onOctober 20, 2016

House of Marley has been making consumer audio products for a few years now. Though the products are all different, the philosophy behind them has always remained the same: eco-conscious, good sound. Everything from Bluetooth speakers to wired earbuds are made with recyclable materials to help you enjoy your music while minimizing your global footprint. Now the company that has a name synonymous with music has added three new products to their line-up.

Voyage BT

The first product announced was the Voyage BT. These are the company’s first pair of fitness in-ears. Thus far, House of Marley hasn’t released any headphones aimed at directly at fitness. But with the wireless headphone market booming, they clearly couldn’t resist getting in on the action. The Voyage BT look fairly unique, with ear loops to help fit in your ears, and also bamboo covering the outside. The cable should look familiar if you’ve seen House of Marley products before, using their unique braided fabric. The headphones also come with a slightly above average 6 hour battery life, in-line mic with 3-button remote, and of course an IPX4 rating for sweat resistance. If these sound like your next pair of ‘buds you can pick them up now for $99.

Get Together Mini

The Get Together was House of Marleys take on a premium, yet portable Bluetooth speaker. Now they’re following that up with the Get Together Mini. The Get Together Mini is, as you might have guessed, mini. It’s wrapped in the same REWIND fabric that the cable of their headphones is made of, and even has bamboo on the faceplate too. House of Marley claims that you can listen to music for up to 10 hours and be as far as 15 meters away, which is just slightly above average. It also features a USB out so you can charge up your devices if they’re running low on juice. Up top you’ll find the power buttons and volume controls for controlling your music remotely. The Get Together Mini could be a great option for anyone looking for good sound in a small package. You can get it from their site for $149.
