House of Marley Nesta news

House of Marley is an audio company that prides themselves on sustainability. They make speakers and headphones of all shapes and sizes out of reusable materials like fabric, cotton, and recycled plastics. Now they’re expanding their line of headphones even more with their newest Nesta earbuds which (on top of all the previously mentioned materials) also use ceramic.

You can throw them in your pockets in a hurry

The Nestas are House of Marley’s first product to use zirconia ceramic as a build material. They slightly angled the earbuds for a more comfortable fit and also to allow the Nestas to shoot sound directly in your ears. This way you won’t have to sacrifice comfort for sound. On the earbuds you’ll find an angular pattern along with a small House of Marley logo. In each earbud are 6mm drivers that HoM claims will provide you with deep lows and crisp highs.

You’ll be connecting the earbuds to your source device with a 52″ audio cable made of a tangle-resistant woven fabric. Not only does it look good, it’s also pretty durable. You can throw them in your pockets in a hurry without needing to perform a mini surgery to untangle them the next time you use them. On the cable is a three-button mic and remote that lets you control playback without reaching for your phone. You can also answer and end phone calls with the click of a button. Good news if you tend to make a lot of phone calls.

As is the case with all their products, the Nestas are also eco-friendly. They’re made out from recycled aluminum and their signature REWIND fabric, minimizing the impact on the environment. The Nestas come in three modern colors: gold, rose gold, and hematite (black). If you want a pair of stylish in-ears you can pick up the Nestas now for $49.
