“The packaging is a bit plain, and the cable is particularly poor. However, the sound quality is superb, especially the way it captures high-frequency synthesizers and the sense of airiness; I definitely think it's one of the best IEMs available.”

“Sennheiser's stock cables suck. Both for IE 200 and IE 600 (both broke within 2 years for me). Official replacement cables aren't cheap (not in my country atleast) though gladly, aftermarket cables are available despite use of proprietary MMCX connectors.”
