B&O Announce 2 New Colors for the Beoplay H2 Headphones
Last month Bang & Olufsen added the Beoplay H2 on-ear headphones to their product list. In typical B&O fashion, the H2 headphones were made with equal parts design and sound in mind. Originally only available in three colors (Carbon Blue, Silver Cloud, and Feldspar Green), B&O announced that they are adding maroon and pink options to the product line-up. Lambskin leather and textured cloth combine to give these headphones a gorgeous minimal design while keeping them light weight. Although they do not fold or come with a carrying case, the ear cups rotate which allow them to sit comfortably around your neck. The detachable cable also come with in-line controls that allow control of music playback as well as the option to answer or reject phone calls.
When they become available for purchase, getting them directly through Bang & Olufsen will get you three years of warranty when you register the product on their site. They are currently selling for $199.99 which put them in the same price range as some Bose and Beats products. The B&O H2 headphones are a nice bridge between the flashiness of Beats and the modern design of Bose, meeting somewhere in the middle in terms of fashion. The maroon and pink colors (technically called Deep Red and Shaded Rosa) were announced just in time for Valentine’s Day coming next month.
