Anker’s latest gadget transcribes meetings, marks key moments, and keeps your data private.
Anker’s Soundcore brand has unveiled the Soundcore Work, a compact AI voice recorder designed to streamline meeting transcription and highlight extraction. The recorder leverages AI-driven models to summarize conversations intelligently and transcribe speech with claimed accuracy of up to 97%. Built for professionals and frequent note-takers, the device is intended to help users capture, review, and organize spoken content with minimal friction.
The Soundcore Work supports smart features like double-tap gesture recognition to mark key moments during recordings. It includes haptic feedback to confirm these actions, ensuring that important segments can be quickly revisited. Transcripts generated during playback are automatically segmented and labeled, further enhancing ease of navigation and review.
Weighing just 10 grams and measuring 0.91 inches (roughly coin-sized), the device emphasizes portability. A tactile lockable button ensures users can start recording confidently without needing to check a display. Despite its size, it supports dual-microphone voice capture, eight hours of continuous recording (or up to 32 hours in standby), and fast charging that delivers two hours of use from a 10-minute top-up.

Soundcore also emphasizes privacy and data control. Audio is processed temporarily in the cloud for AI tasks and then deleted after delivery to the device. In rare cases — such as connection interruptions — data may be retained for up to three days to ensure successful transfer. The Soundcore Work will launch in November 2025 in select markets, with a global rollout to follow. Pricing starts at $99.99 (US), with optional service subscriptions beginning at $15.99 per month.
