If you’re a fan of antiques, it might be in your best interest to check out the Bluetooth speaker from Gramovox. Inspired by some of the first record players, the Bluetooth Gramophone speaker brings the roaring ’20s into your living room. With a solid walnut wood base and a steel horn, the build quality on this looks pretty great. The speaker is about 20 inches tall and 18 inches across with the horn measuring 10.64 inches in diameter. This speaker is anything but portable, but that was the intent. It is meant to be the high quality centerpiece of a musical experience rather than an ultra portable speaker to bring with you to the beach. Although it is not easy to carry around by any means, it does technically have a 3300 mAh battery that Gramovox claims will give you between 12 to 18 hours of playing time. So you could bring it to the beach if you really wanted to. Equipped with Bluetooth 3.0 you can stream anything from your device to the speaker as long as you are within 30 feet.
The Gramophone is compatible with both Android and iOS, but on the off-chance your device is not either of those, it does have a standard 3.5 mm input for an auxiliary cable. Normally the speaker is $399.99 but Touch of Modern has it on sale for $329.99. Heads up, you will need to put in an e-mail before you can view the deal.
