With 2017 right around the corner, most companies are waiting for CES to announce their products. But Fluance has decided to jump ahead of the pack by announcing their new DB10 subwoofer. The company is known for quality products at an affordable price, and the DB10 doesn’t disappoint.

  • Amplifier Power (RMS): Peak 120W / RMS 45W
  • Low Pass Crossover: 45Hz – 180Hz
  • Frequency Response: 20Hz – 180Hz
  • Dimensions: 15.7 x 11.9 x 16 inches

The DB10 stands about 16-inches from the floor and has a frequency response as low as 20Hz. It marks Fluance’s first product in a new line of powered subwoofers with the second, the DB12, coming later this year in Spring of 2017. The wooden casing is constructed from MDF wood that produces a warm, distortion free low end. Whether you’re looking for more depth in the low end of your music or trying to add more boom to your action movies, the DB10 can do it for only $199.

The sub has its own built-in amplifier and can easily be made to be a part of either a 5.2 or 7.2 home theater sound system. For more control Fluance integrated a front firing 10-inch driver to add a little more bass. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to add ground-shaking way to your setup make sure to check out the DB10.
