With the widely successful Beats lineup, Apple has added new colors to appeal to more fitness-oriented users. It’s not too uncommon to see new Beats colors as soon as Apple expands their lineup of wearables, mobile devices, and as soon as popular trends roll around. Now, the iPhone 6S may not be strictly focused on fitness, but there are color options when fitness-oriented users want a pair of Beats to match fitness apparel color schemes. If you’re waiting eight days in line for an iPhone 6S, you might as well get a pair of Bluetooth headphones while running or exercising since you can connect Bluetooth headphones directly to it.

As far as hardware changes, the only change this time around is the expansion of color options for the Beats Tour2, the Beats Solo2, and the Powerbeats 2. All three are now available in a light shade of Blue, Yellow, and Red with a contrasting dark gray two-tone design to blend right in with fitness apparel. Whether or not the “Active Collection” really differs from the “Sport” or the original collection is beyond me, but it’s only a matter of time for the money to roll in.

All three color options for all three models are available right now on Apple’s online store and will likely be available in stores after a while. The Active Collection starts at $129.95 for the Beats Tour2, $199.95 for the PowerBeats2, and the Solo2 at $299.95. It would be strangely convenient if all fitness apparel only came in blue, red, and yellow, but it’s all about the accent colors. with this collection.
